Terms of Service

1. Account and billing

• The service is delivered through the console and requires an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Billing is prepaid: you top up first, then pay per record actually submitted and processed. Unit prices are those shown in the console price list.
• Unit prices shown on this website come from that same list, but the list can change; the live price in the console governs.

2. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the service for legitimate data work: cleaning lists you already hold, checking number validity, and segmenting an audience by platform and attribute.

You must not:

• Use the service for fraud, phishing, impersonation or any unlawful purpose
• Submit number data you have no right to process
• Abuse the interfaces to circumvent target platforms’ technical limits, or issue requests at a rate that destabilises the service
• Resell or redistribute results, or build a substantially equivalent service on top of ours, unless separately agreed in writing
• Reverse engineer, probe or interfere with non-public parts of the system

3. What results are, and are not

A result reflects the state the target platform presented at the moment of the query. Numbers and accounts change over time, so results are time-sensitive; they are not a judgement about who holds a number, their intent, or their commercial value.

We work to keep accuracy high but do not warrant that any individual result is correct. For large batches, validate on a small sample before scaling up.

Channels differ in speed, coverage and how results are derived; the price list separates them, and choosing among them is your call.

4. Limits of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption. Where a dispute arises from the service, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you actually paid for it in the three months preceding the event.

You are responsible for, and will hold us harmless against, third-party claims arising from how you use the results.

5. Changes and termination

• We may add or remove services, adjust prices or change channels. Announcements in the console govern what is currently in effect.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Balances are not refunded on termination for breach.
• You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time; the process is described in the privacy policy.

If these terms are updated we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
